As we have different layers in our platform for your accounts, we have different users and different levels of access for each of them. Some of them can be created from your side (with the right permissions) while others can only be created with help from our Support team.

Organisation Level Users, or what we call Master Level users, are users with full access to our platform, the specific Organisation or Organisations they belong to and all the accounts inside of them (often referred to as subaccounts or even "customers").
Organisation Level users can see all data within an organisation, including each and all accounts within. They can also create new users in individual subaccounts or customers, but cannot create another Organisation Level users (these are only created by our Support team). You can create a user for an individual account as explained here. You can also create users (individually or in bulk) using our API.
Account Level users, created by our team or by Organisation Level users, have access only to the account they belong to within the Organisation, and cannot see any data or make any changes outside of that account.
Read Only users, of either type, will be able to access our platform within the account or accounts they belong to but not make any changes, while Read and Write users would be able to make changes, set up integrations or workflows, create report templates, create users and more.
