Kaisa offers different options to meet your needs, whether you need to track visitors in your website and every detail about their journey, how different listings are performing in your marketplace, or offline traffic from other types of advertising (from email campaigns to printed media). Different types of numbers
When using our custom solution, either our javascript or our DNCS API setup, our system is providing you with dynamic numbers. Alternatively, you can create numbers on demand (in our dashboard or via rest API) to use in different campaigns and places where otherwise you cannot use our code.
Static Numbers
Static numbers are by definition, unmodified by visitors or the circumstances, and have a set of datapoints that remain static when called. You can create a Static number in our dashboard or via rest API and add different values to it, from Name and Media to custom values (you will have to contact our Support team to add custom values in your account to be used in Static numbers besides the default values available). You can set the number to expire on a specific date or work indefinitely, you can route calls to different numbers based on days and hours, or even send calls to voicemail when needed.

Dynamic numbers
As opposed to Static numbers, Dynamic numbers are automatically generated via our javascript or our DNCS API setup, and are returned thanks to our algorithm. When using any of the solutions above, we will extract certain parameters from your site and from the request sent to our backend and use it to enhance the data experience when the number is called. Dynamic numbers will provide visitor data, or specific listing data, to ensure you know all details about visitors' experiences.
When a dynamic number is called, we can capture information about the visitor, including geolocation, navigation device, urls visited, UTM parameters, third party parameters, Media attribution and more. We can also capture parameters sent to us as part of a custom setup, and we can provide insights about listings visited, so when one of your clients or offices gets a call they know accurate information including the product visited, it's value and numerous other metrics.
With dynamic numbers you gain access to a wealth of datapoints for each of your calls, that you can use to build reports and analytics, send data to third party tools, or use the power of our Engagement Builder to create events, send notifications or webhooks, and intelligently use this data to provide valuable leads, follow ups and re-engagements.
