New users can be added to your account by an admin user. Just follow the steps below:
1. Log in to your Kaisa account and open the Settings tab.
2. Find the tab Users and click the blue New User button to open the form.
3. Enter the person's email address, choose whether to give them admin rights and whether they should receive a monthly report, click Create user to complete the process.
When a new user is created, Kaisa automatically sends an email with an activation link to the email address entered.
If you are a Master account holder and want to add a new user on a Master level, you will have to contact us by creating a ticket to support@kaisa.io, and we will fix it for you.

The coffee reports is an upcoming feature which will be informational snapshot emails.
There will be more information regarding this when the feature has been released.
