If you are experiencing any problems with Kaisa numbers, please do the following:
1. Make two test calls – one to the Kaisa number that you have problems with and another one directly to the answering number (or, in other words, the "connect to" number). Make notes for both test calls:
- date and time when they were made,
- from which number you called, and to which number the call was made
- the result of the test calls (e.g. "unknown number" or another error message, no ringtone at all, someone answered etc.)
2. Create a Support ticket and include all the valuable information you've collected, it will speed up the troubleshooting, and the issue will be fixed faster.
