Yes, you can turn call recording on in a few steps, depending on your set up. This is how to do it:
Using Kaisa Campaigns
You may be wondering what Campaigns are, if you are using them you can set up certain features including call recording.
Call recording for Dynamic Numbers
If you are working with campaigns, this is how to turn call recording on
1. Open the Campaigns tab and click on the Campaign name.
2. Set Record calls to Always: Yes
3. Save the changes made in the campaign. Done!
If you have a large volume of subaccounts or dealers, you can enable call recording in bulk for dynamic numbers by adding Call Recording to all your campaigns in bulk. In the Classic Freespee dashboard, click on Settings on the left hand side menu and then Campaign Settings.
Kaisa will add a Default campaign to any accounts without one, and will enable Call Recording for all your Campaigns, ensure all Dynamic numbers from now on have Call recording enabled.
Using DNCS API
For customers using our DNCS API solution to get dynamic numbers, you will need our team's help to get it enabled. Kaisa can leverage custom parameters in your requests for dynamic numbers to enable or disable call recording in each dynamic number we generate, for example passing on a specific parameter in your payload as:

Our team will create certain rules in our systems to extract and store this "record" parameter (or a similar parameter of your choosing) to then enable the call recording feature for the dynamic number generated. Reach out to our Support team to get this enabled, or to our Commercial team if Call Recording is not available in your account yet.
Call Recording for Static Numbers
If you are working with static numbers outside a campaign, please follow the steps below to turn call recording on.
1. Open the Numbers tab, find the number that you want to start recording calls to, and click on show details:
2. Set the Record calls option to Always: Yes
3. Save the number.
Done! You can access all recordings in Explore, you need to manually add a "Column" as Recording.
Optional Call Recording
There is now a feature called optional call recording which asks the caller if they agree that the call is being recorded. If they do not we disable call recording for that call.
This can be activated by our support. Create a ticket by emailing to support (at) Kaisa.com and we will help you activate this feature.
If you can't see the Record calls option, please create a ticket, and we will enable it for you.
