You may want to understand what your agents, brokers or dealers think of the leads they receive. Perhaps there is an opportunity for refinement in how numbers are displayed to visitors or where in your website. You want users to feel their opinion matters regarding the service we provide, and the contact they receive thanks to Kaisa's solution. Regardless of reason, we understand the importance of quality and feedback, so we offer a Feedback form for dealers to evaluate the engagements they receive.
How to set it up?
In the Engagement Builder you can visit the Library and then the Lead Quality Feedback Email.
Click on Start Building to build your own Feedback email.
Configure the landing page
First you can select your own branding, to customise the landing page for the Feedback Form. You can also import your branding directly from the Settings page in your account.
Event and Criteria
You can then decide when to trigger this Feedback form, for example after a call ends. You can add further criteria, for example only after an answered call, a call of certain duration, after a form has been received in Kaisa, and more.

Delivery Method
Once you decide on the trigger for this Feedback form, you can start configuring the email for your dealer/agent so they can provide some comments on the event that just ended. You can select our base email template for a quick and easy solution, or you can contact our Support team if you are interested in uploading your own template.
Once done, make sure to Enable the Workflow and the setup will start working straight away, for each event that meets the conditions selected.
