The Settings page in your Kaisa Dashboard will allow you to adjust a range of options for your account, from general details about your Organisation in Kaisa to Phone Call adjustments and security and API. We'll cover all sections in this article.

The Settings Page
You can easily find the Settings Page in your Kaisa dashboard on the left hand side of the screen:
If you don't see the same options as above, it means your user or organisation has some sections hidden. You can always contact our support team and we'll fix it for you.
Global Settings
Organisation and Brand
You can make general changes to your organisation in this page, using the Branding section to upload your company's logo, and your colour scheme (to be used in landing pages). This will speed up the process when creating automations in our Engagement Builder and add cohesion to your designs.
You can set your Business model and Industry to affect some of the default parameters available in our Engagement Builder, and the Timezone to be used for reporting and in automations.
Integrations and API/OAuth
Integrations: in this section we list a series of integrations created by Kaisa to send data to different tools and organisations. For example our Contentsquare integration.
API Keys: You can use the "New API Key" button to create a new key to use with our v3 API. You can select the accounts that will use it, and the scopes associated with it. Different endpoints in Kaisa will require different scopes, so select the necessary ones applicable to its usage.
For more questions on v3 API and scopes, you can visit our Developer Site.
Create new OAuth Client
You can use OAuth to authenticate webhooks sent from Kaisa using our Engagement Builder. Before you select OAuth as the method in our webhook, you need to add clients here, in the Settings Page.
To add a new client, simply click on New OAuth. Client on the right hand side of the screen and fill in the necessary details.
OAuth Client name: The name you want to give to this specific client
Client ID: the public unique identifier
Client Secret: the secret or password known only to the authentication server
Authentication Endpoint: the URL that you use to make OAuth authorization requests to receive an access token
Scope: the scopes connected to the access token
Token Path: you can set your own path here for your authentication endpoint or use the default /oauth2/token
Authorization Method: default method is Header
Channel Settings
Phone Settings: In this section you can tweak the default call duration we use for our Call Definitions. Different call durations are used to classify calls, to separate dropped calls from unqualified calls for example.
In this section you can tick or untick any type of call you are not interested in choosing between Missed calls (always with a duration of 0 seconds) and qualified calls (calls longer than a Dropped call or an Unqualified call, if used). You can use these metrics in Monitor and Explore to understand better how calls are performing.
