In the Engagement Builder you can create a specific type of workflow that sends an NPS form to the end user via SMS or email in response to a certain trigger event.
Here is how to set it up :
First you'll need to give the workflow a name and choose which account(s) it should apply to.Then in the " Send an NPS survey" section , you can proceed to configure the landing page of your NPS survey.
In the next step, in "Event and criteria", select the criteria that will apply to this engagement action. Choose a trigger for the workflow and pick an audience that it should apply to.
Finally , choose the "Delivery Method" , either by email or SMS, and fill in the necessary information accordingly.
Once the configuration saved, the survey results will be displayed in the Explore tab. The account name, question asked, survey response, and response time will be displayed by default:
You can use the column tab below to view more relevant details, as well as the filter tab to filter the information you need and get it easily:
