Kaisa offers a built-in voicemail. You can access the messages via the User Events tab: details for your calls. We have also made it easy for you to share received voicemails with your colleagues. Just click on the call, listen to the voicemail, add a comment if necessary and click the "Share" button under the voicemail recording to enter the email address to share the voicemail with.
By default, the voicemail greeting is set to the standard one. You can access it via Settings -> Voicemail greetings. You can easily record your own by clicking the blue New greeting button to the right.
Alternatively, you can also add a new greeting and adjust your voicemail settings in your Campaigns tab.
The Campaigns tab is also the place where you admin your notifications.
