Kaisa's Javascript implementation will only be able to track or replace the phone numbers you allow us to. To accomplish this, you need to add certain "allowed numbers" in the Kaisa platform that our solution can then replace if found in your website when our code is triggered.
Please note not all setups require you to use Allowed numbers in our Dashboard to work, if you are unsure about this feel free to contact us on support@kaisa.io
In order to add these Allowed numbers, log in to Kaisa and open the Settings tab.
Find the Tracking tab and add the numbers you would like to have replaced to the Allowed numbers and click Save to confirm the changes.
Now the script will be able to replace these numbers on your website.
Troubleshooting
The amount of allowed numbers you can add in an account, or the type of numbers, are normally defined in your agreement with Kaisa and the categories and limits setup when your account is created. If you try to add a number type and see an error as "answering number is not allowed" (for example if you try to add a mobile number but mobile is not a category included in your account), you will need to contact support on support@kaisa.io so we can check this with you and help you include the relevant category in your account, or increase the quota of allowed numbers you can have at any time.
