A single workflow can now trigger several actions. Before this, each trigger could only do one thing, so sending an email and a webhook from the same event meant building two workflows.

What's new? 

• Add up to 5 actions blocks per workflow from the Actions panel
• Use any mix of Email, SMS and Webhook, including more than one of the same type (e.g. two different emails sent to Dealer and Buyer)
• Each action is listed with its setup status, so you can see at a glance which ones still need configuring
• Existing single-action workflows aren't affected
• The configuration process for each action remains unchanged

How can I know more?

Our Engagement Builder continues working as usual (you can just now build Workflows with more than one action in them), but you can always read about our Engagement Builder here. 

Does this affect me?

No changes needed from your end! Existing single-action workflows aren't affected, and will continue working as normal. However, you can disable multiple workflows in your end and create a new workflow with multiple actions if you are interested, or you can consider using these new features on future workflows!
