Welcome to Monitor, your go-to platform to visualize insights about your account performance. After successfully logging in to the Kaisa Dashboard, you will be automatically redirected to our Monitor tool, with an easy and intuitive display to show at a quick glance how your account is performing.
Let's break it down a bit to go over some of the most interesting details you'll find:
"How are customer conversations distributed over time?"
This widget will display the volume of calls over a predetermined period of time, including all calls, "qualified calls", unqualified calls, dropped calls and missed calls for your reference:
- Calls: Any call received in your account during the selected time period
- Quality calls: Answered calls with a duration of 61 seconds and above
- Unqualified calls: Answered calls with a duration of 31-60 seconds
- Dropped calls: Answered calls with a duration of 1-30 seconds
- Missed calls: Unanswered calls with duration of 0 seconds
If you choose not to keep the category "dropped calls" then all answered calls with a duration between 1-61 seconds will fall under "unqualified calls".
Please note that you can change the accounts in your organisation you wish to visualise (other than all of them together, selected by default) and the time period at the top of the screen:

"What media produces the most customer conversations?"
The widget above will show a breakdown of calls organised by the media that led to that call (Media added manually in Static numbers or extracted automatically thanks to the Kaisa solution and used in dynamic numbers, for example Google SEM or Facebook ads). It displays your total call distribution for different types of tracked media following metrics as:
- Calls received via Google SEM
- Direct Calls
- Calls received via Google SEO
- Other media channels
- Bing
- Others (medias piled in one column that do not fit in the categories above)
"How many calls are generated by each number type?"
It may also be interesting for you to compare how many calls were generated by each number type, dynamic and static numbers. When hovering over the circles you will be able to see the total number of calls within their classification as well as the percentage they make of the total calls for the account.
"How are accounts performing?"
The widget displays your different accounts performance inside your organisation account in Kaisa. We present a list of top accounts (based on volume) showing a breakdown by calls, total-answered-missed in columns.
"How do site visits compare to calls?"
Lastly, in this overview you can easily see how the site visits compare to the calls received over a selected time period.
