Normally when you create a source, calls are always sent to the answering number. However, if you would like to define specific business hours in your account so calls are not connected outside of this timeframe, you can now do so in your account.
How to add it to your dashboard:
1. Log in to Kaisa and open the Settings tab.
2. Click the second tab on the top of your screen as Tracking and Call Widget.
3. You can see the Menu "Business Hours" at the bottom of the screen.
You can define your Business hours for this specific account, and you'll be automatically closed outside of these hours. You can add different periods like weekdays, weekends, all days, or define Business hours for a specific day of the week.
