Thanks to our new powerful Audience Builder, you can construct tailored audiences based on a wealth of detailed criteria you can select from. Measure your engagement more accurately than ever before, facilitating targeted marketing strategies and data-driven operations when combining the different Audiences you have created and adding segments within them or connecting them to dedicated Workflows in our Engagement Builder to trigger processes and notifications. You can create an Audience for all visitors from a specific location, or for all your mobile visitors, or perhaps for those interested in high value vehicles in a specific area, or even customers from a specific Campaign.
Select the right criteria, understand the data, and engage with the ease of our Audience Builder.
Where to start?
You can find the Audience Builder in our dashboard on the left hand side menu. You can click on the "New Audience" Button on the top right to get started and build your first Audience.
When working on a new Audience, give it a name relevant to the use case and a description so you can easily distinguish it from other Audiences later on in the main menu.
Criteria
This is the most critical part of the Audience, and where you can define the different attributes and aggregators to select that define what you are interested in.
First of all:
All or At least one: Select if you want all criteria to be met, or at least one of the conditions (if multiple are added) needs to happen for the results to qualify.
Add condition or a Group: When adding criteria, you can add different conditions independently or grouped, which can make a significant impact depending on how you want these conditions to be met. You can create different conditions in a group that all have to be met together, but group those conditions with another one and select "At least one" so either another condition is met or the conditions listed together in a group.
Breaking down the Criteria: The different Aggregators and Criteria that can be selected are collected in a dedicated article where all options are listed and described. Have a look HERE to understand what each option means so you select the parameters that are most relevant to you.
As you add different criteria, note that our system will calculate the number of Users meeting these conditions live, using your current data in Kaisa.
IMPORTANT: It's not possible to edit audience's criteria after it has been created. Please make sure you select the right options for you before saving, as you will not be able to make changes to them afterwards.
Once you have selected the options that fit your needs, click Save.
Your Audiences
Once your Audience is saved, you can always select it from your Audiences in the Builder, and take further action or study the data we collect for you in Kaisa. When clicking on the Audience Builder, you can see all your Audiences at the moment.
This is what it looks like:
Click on any of your Audiences for a detailed view, where you can see the Criteria selected, and any Workflows or Segments connected to your Audience.
Segments
A very powerful feature of our Audience Builder is the possibility of adding Segments inside your Audience. Segments are ways and means for you to divide the total users in an Audience using further conditions to understand better the behaviour and composition of your users.
Adding a segment works identically as the Criteria section of an Audience, and uses the Audience uses as its base of data.
You can add segments inside an Audience, in the Segments section:
As you add Segments, you can see live the volume of Users comprised in your Segment and the percentage of the total Users compared to the Users in your Audience.
Workflows
Once your Audience, and any possible Segments, are ready, you can start taking meaningful actions connecting them to our Engagement Builder. Using Workflows in our Engagement Builder, you can trigger emails or sms notifications, or data via webhook and more to be sent after engagements from the Users in your Audience.
You can create automations so after certain Events (for example when a phone call ends) take place, a notification or data is sent to engage with your Users or help your team or agents connect with your Audience. There is a wealth of options available to you when building Engagements, from triggering data to third party tools like CRMS, to sending SMS to your customers or alerts to your team to always be connected with your Audience.
Once a Workflow is created, you will be able to see it connected to your Audience, and how it is performing.
Can I delete an Audience?
If you made a mistake with the Criteria selected or simply this Audience is no longer relevant to you, you can of course delete it in our Dashboard. Simply click in the Audience to enter its main view, and click on Edit on the top right hand side of the screen. Under the Name and Description, you will be able to Delete the Audience.
