While there's a significant volume of interactions between buyers and sellers through phone calls, it's clear visitors' preferences lean towards using other means of contact if the option is available to them. If your website has Forms as a mean of contact for dealers or business, and you'd like to know more about their performance or benefit from our orchestration tools for those engagements, you could use our Forms solution to send data into our Engagement Builder and take action from them.
Where to start
In order to send Forms into Kaisa, you will need to create an API KEY in your account's Settings page, with the right scopes to ensure the key has the correct permissions to trigger our orchestration.
The Scopes needed for your key are:
You can read more about Api Keys and Scopes in our Developer Site.
You don't see the Scopes you need in the list? Contact support@kaisa.io
Note: Once you have your Api Key ready to be used with Forms, you need to contact our support team in Kaisa so we can ensure the keys are ready to be used with our Forms solution.
Technical Documentation
You will need to send a request to our API v3 endpoint in order to get Forms into Kaisa, and trigger orchestrations with them.
For more on how to send Forms using our API, you can visit our Developer Site with all the details you need.
What happens next
After a form is submitted, you can create a Workflow in our Engagement Builder and trigger events for all or selected Forms.
With the criteria for the Form selected in the Engagement Builder, you can move onto the actions to be taken, from triggering an email to a user, an sms, an email to the sender, a webhook to your systems, and plenty more, all based on the criteria and orchestration selected!
