Freespee has rebranded to Kaisa!
Why?
Kaisa's mission was borne out of the perennial market challenge which is how to better use data collected during their customer journeys to drive positive better outcomes. How the company delivers on that mission that has evolved.
The main driver for the rebranding was that the legacy of the Freespee brand was hindering existing and new customers from understanding and fully utilising our evolved solution.
Secondary to the main driver for the rebrand was to lean into the company's proudly Swedish origin story. Kaisa, a girls name, means pure and invites a cathartic effect. This meaning embodies Kaisa’s operating ethos of putting its people first and helping companies achieve better outcomes from their customer journeys.
At its inception, Kaisa’s mission was delivered through helping companies do more with their telecoms data. Now, Kaisa helps companies globally understand all of their customer experience data and use it proactively to optimise and energise those journeys.
"How does the rebranding affect me?"
We are very excited about this process and to bring you along with us in this journey where we redefine ourselves. That said, our goal is to ensure business continues as usual for you and your customers, and to have as little impact as possible in all operations. For now, you will see some changes in our analytics Dashboard and other places where our name moves to Kaisa, but all existing urls and contacts will continue working as normal. You don't have to worry about making any changes in your end, or about any service interruptions.
"Will this have any impact in your services? Any planned downtime?"
The rebranding has been thoroughly planned as a series of steps over time, to ensure everything works as intended with no impact to our services or your customers. There will be no downtime in the near future and we don't expect any interruptions as part of this process, but we will always keep you thoroughly informed of any upcoming maintenance (you can always check our service status or subscribe to our status page here)
"How do I access my data now?"
You can continue using our platform and our Dashboard as normal, logging in login.freespee.com as before (there are no plans to deprecate this url anytime soon!). Once a new url is available for Kaisa, we'll make sure to notify everyone about this and you'll make sure to keep both url active so you can access our Dashboard and your data without issues.
"How will our data be handled during the transition?"
Your data and privacy remains secure as always, and our rebranding efforts will have no impact on how your data is handled in our end or how it is stored.
"Is the implementation of the Freespee solution changing?"
You will not be required to make any changes to our implementation now or in the long term future. Our focus right now is to ensure there is as little impact as possible for our customers during this transition process, and to guarantee all our services continue as normal.
"Can I still use the API as normal?"
Yes, our base url for our rest API will remain the same and continue working in the long term future.
"How do I contact you now"?
You can contact us as always, either Support or any other contact you may have in our end, as our existing email addresses will continue working for the foreseeable future. We have a new Support email address that you can use as well from now on as support@kaisa.io
You may be contacted from our end via emails from Kaisa that you can use to reach us, but we'll make sure all existing means of communication continue working for quite some time. To contact Support you can always see your options here.
"I offer the Freespee services to my own customers, how does that impact them?"
As we move away from our previous name towards Kaisa, you will see our rebranding efforts focus on our naming across our tools and platforms. Any customers that may currently use our Dashboard will see the name change and the new design, or may receive automatic notifications from emails from the Kaisa domain. However, as mentioned previously, no implementation changes are needed from your end and services will continue as normal during the transition, for you and your customers.
