In the Engagement Builder, you can set up "Send a survey":
The survey can be set up with different event criteria and how the survey will be delivered as well as the accounts that this should apply to:
Once a survey has been made, the results of it will be shown in the Explore tab, the account name, the question that was asked, the survey response, and the time of the response will be shown by default:
The column tab shown in the below image can be used to show more relevant details and the filter tab can be used to filter the information that you need to be obtained easily:
