In the Engagement Builder, we offer the ability to create and send surveys to customers. Surveys are a great way to gain valuable insights into your customers and to gather useful data points that can be beneficial to your business.
To set up a survey in Engagment Builder, please click on send a survey in the Engagment Builder tab to proceed:
To start, you should enter a workflow name and choose which account/accounts the workflow should apply to:
Then click on Send a survey. This will allow you to add your company's branding:
The title and message included in the survey:
and the questions that you would like to ask and in which format:
Once you have saved the above, you can then proceed to Event and criteria. This will allow you to specify which criteria apply to this engagement. You can choose a variety of default options.
It is also possible to create a custom event wich you can customise further. Additional triggers can also be added by our support team (support@kaisa.io).
After the specific event and criteria have been saved, a delivery method should be chosen. You can choose to send the survey via email, SMS, or webhook:
Once the survey has been set up and saved any results of it will be shown in the Explore tab. The account name, the question that was asked, the survey response, and the time of the response will be shown by default:
The column tab shown in the below image can be used to show more relevant details, and the filter tab can be used to filter the information that you need to be obtained easily:
